Handmade 8.75"/220mm Gyuto made of stainless AEB-L from Sweden. The handle features our Fusion Design and made of double dyed (purple and teal) and stabilized Maple Burl and utilizing brass Corby bolts. The sheath is made of saddle leather and should be used for travel only.
The finish is glass blasted with a Monolith logo reveal adding a modern flare. The overall length is 13.75"/350mm. HRC 61. 7.2 OZ.
