Handmade 222mm/8.75" gyuto of stainless damascus produced by Damasteel of Sweden, folded in random pattern named Odin's Eye. We love this pattern produced for this knife! The "wa" handle is made of figured Hawaiian Koa, dyed Maple, a slice of white Corian and a brass ferrule. This knife is thin, light, very balanced and cuts like a laser beam. The overall length is 375mm/14.5". 6.6 oz.
